The Mill Bakery & Brasserie at Coventry Building Society Arena was conceived around the theme of craftsmanship, inspired by Coventry’s rich industrial heritage. Designed to serve both matchday crowds and everyday visitors, the space balances the warmth of a working bakery with the sophistication of a brasserie. Rich timber panelling, mirrored details, and industrial references create an inviting, characterful atmosphere that reflects the city’s spirit of making.
