The concept combines bespoke interiors, food and drink, and interactive gaming to create a highly social, experience-led environment designed for groups and extended dwell time.

The brand is underpinned by state-of-the-art tracking technology, instant scoring and a user-friendly digital interface, seamlessly integrated into the interior environment. These elements support a fast-paced, intuitive guest experience while allowing the venues to function first and foremost as vibrant hospitality spaces rather than purely game-led environments.

During her tenure as Head of Interiors at Red Engine, Deirdre Hayes led the creative direction for interiors, interior brand development and the design of new Flight Club venues across the UK, USA, Australia and Ireland, while also overseeing the refurbishment of the existing estate. She established the interior design principles and in-house design function that enabled the brand to scale rapidly, increasing project capacity and annual venue openings across multiple markets.

Her role encompassed the design and development of bespoke furniture and lighting collections, the creation and refinement of interior design processes, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistency, quality and commercial performance across the global estate. The result was a distinctive and scalable interior identity that supported Flight Club’s growth into an internationally recognised hospitality brand.
