During her tenure as Head of Interiors at Red Engine, Deirdre Hayes led the creative direction for interiors, interior brand development, and the design of new venues across the UK, USA, Australia, and Ireland, while overseeing the refurbishment of the existing estate. She established the brand’s interior design principles and in-house interior design function, enabling Red Engine to scale its design delivery, project capacity, and annual venue openings. Her work also encompassed the creation of bespoke furniture and lighting collections, the creation and refinement of interior design processes, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure design consistency and commercial success across all markets.
